This photograph is a reminder of just how striking the interior of the Central Post Office in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, is. And how in these hurried online times, it is still a place to pull up a chair, and read a newspaper at leisure. But recently I heard whispers circulating about the centrepiece of the post office, the impressive mosaic. Apparently, it may not be quite as it appears…
